Over
the years Resat Altinor has become one of the leading Jewellery
names in Northern Cyprus. Gold and Diamonds are what he specializes
in, there is a vast selection in his shops, and he can also
have them hand made to the customers request. Many people
old and new, tourists from all over the world visit his many
branches and very rarely leave the shop without buying something.
It is a family run business with the aim to always please.
 With
the idea of building his own hotel, he went out and found
the ideal plot of land east of Kyrenia with fabulous views
of the Five Finger mountains and the sea. The construction
of the hotel started in 1999 and is still under construction.
That was how the construction side of the company started,
from there he moved onto building houses, with five complexes,
four of which are completed and three underway, he is always
looking for new plots of land, there are a few new projects
which will be released in the near future. One of which will
be apartments just 15 minutes walk from the town centre.

has recently set up Resat optics and watches, which is in
the centre of Kyrenia.
All the designer names you can think of under one roof. From
the latest designs of sunglasses straight from the catwalk
to optical glasses, and then of course contact lens from your
yearly to monthly to daily. You can purchase them from our
store. If you want to change your image or be really daring
and have different designs ie flames or cats eyes the list
just goes on!
We also prepare UK prescriptions.
Our watch selection again is vast from designer to brand
names.
With our finance company we also deal with
tourism, any kind of flight ticket booked and confirmed, also
